This a live recording outside, on the shore of the Gowanus Canal in Brooklyn.
The collective of musicians was organized by Martin Bisi, and performed with scrap metal, self-made instruments and repurposed objects, accompanied by a Butoh dancer. They included Bisi, Bradford Reed, Lawry Zilmrah, Ego Sensation of White Hills, Stephen Moses and Bobby Bunny of Ultrabunny

This was the last street end in the Gowanus area with access to the canal, and would be soon destroyed. There was a sewing circle during the performance where a flag was made, marking the secession of the location from Gowanus before it would disappear forever
